    Does anyone know what the Jester patch being worn on the left sleeve signifies? It looks similar to the ODA 3121 patch, but I am sure that isn't it.

    jester patch as used by the Iraqis has been around awhile. I'll see if I can find a better pic of it. It came in different colors.
    EDIT: my bad had it confused with the skull and hood patch the Iraqis used.

    It is Iraqi ERB patch as you said. The design may have similar characteristics of ODA patches because they were advised by the SF.

    Iraqi Army soldiers from the Qwat al-Khasah, Arabic for Special Forces, secure a hallway during room clearing training at Taji Military Complex, Iraq, Oct. 21, 2019. The QK is an elite force that the Iraqi Ministry of Defense can use to conduct raids, seize, clear and hold terrain for limited durations, and conduct reconnaissance, counter-insurgency or counter terrorism operations. Coalition Forces are assessing the QK’s capabilities in order to conduct advise, assist, accompany and enable operations in the future.
