This one was for Operation Northern Watch - enforcing the No Fly Zone over northern Iraq between Gulf War 1 and 2. Coins were actually carried aboard U.S. combat aircraft during missions over northern Iraq before they were disseminated:

This coin was for the Special Operations Task Force - Central which consisted of the 2d battalion, 5th Special Forces Group as well as a few other SOF attachments. Operated through central Iraq: Baghdad to southeastern Iraq and Baghdad to western Iraqi frontier with Jordan:

" />
Reverse:

" />
Another 5th Group coin for Iraq. Officially designated as the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force - Arabian Peninsula (CJSOTF-AP), while under command of the 5th SF Group it was generally loosely refereed to as "Task Force Legion" ... While the other U.S. Army Special Forces Groups had as their areas of responsibility the more alluring parts of the world (Asia, Europe, South America, etc) 5th Group got to enjoy the Middle East and Horn of Africa (Egypt, Somalia, Kuwait, etc). The Group ended up with the moniker as "the 5th Legion" as a result.

This coin was (again) 2d Bn, 5th SF Group deployed as the SOTF-C from 2005-2006. Battalion Commander - "Blacksmith 6" - liked to make and hone knives, hence the call sign.

This dog tag shaped coin was another for the 2d battalion, 5th Group. The trees on the reverse side are those planted in the 5th Group area at Fort Campbell, one planted for each fallen 5th Group Soldier starting in 1988.

This coin is of the MI Detachment for 2d battalion 5th Special Forces Group. "DMF" stood for "Dice (or "Die"), M****r F****r":

This coin was for a relatively small element called the Joint Inter-Agency Task Force - High-Value Individuals (JIATF-HVI), which was comprised of liaisons from each major military command in Iraq to include all SOF elements (Special Forces, Delta/Seals and British SAS) as well as varied non-military agencies (CIA, DIA, FBI, etc). This cell was headed by a U.S. 1-star General:
