Unkown holster and mag pouch

Picked these up locally, supposedly were on consignment from a recently retired SF vet. Got the pair for $20.

Any idea who made these? The holster looks LBT, but I can't find a model that looks exactly like this. The mag pouch is basically a pouch inside of a pouch, haven't seen one like it before.

I forgot to mention, the holster was found with a standard LBT single pistol mag pouch that came from the same source. I'm guessing it was originally on this holster.

If anyone has a 2004 era LBT catalog I'd love to know the model number of this. Assuming my guess is right about this being an LBT holster.

Pouch is Diamondback Tactical one.
