hi guys i was just wondering if any body could help me out on identifiying the emblem on the side of my lid ive been told the arabic number is the number 3 but i need help on the black and red triangle please many thanks james

i thought i might of got a better responce but i ask again there must be somebody on this forum that might know please can anybody help me positively identify the triangle id really like to know exactly what it represents many thanks james

The red triangle is usually indicative of the Iraqi Republican Guard.

I believe this helmet is for the 3rd Tawakalna Mechanized Division.
The reason I say this because the numeral on the helmet is a 3. I also found a captured Iraqi tank that has this same insignia on it. I just picked up one of these that is identical to yours. They are very cool pieces.
