    Neat patch with REGULATORS at the top and Calvin (from the Calvin and Hobbes cartoon strip) holding a SMG and urinating on something. Not even sure what it is, looks like swimming fins or angel wings; who knows! Also has some Arabic writing at the bottom. Patch is velcro backed. Any help with this one would be appreciated!
