Even if I have not the patch in my collection, I am posting for reference a picture of the ANA Uparmored Humvee Course Instructor Patch. Classes are for Police and ANA. I think it is a great patch and I will try to have one find for me.

Yes, he is French but it is a 'Commandant'. I think that white belt are worned by military driver instructors or gendarmes...
