LC-2 pouches can go on it. It looks like 80's.

What are the dates on the plastic fittings? It vaguely resembles a late 1990s Paraclete vest. The pouch attachments look like they are the early Paraclete kind, however they are space kinda far apart.

The buckles aren't dated. All that they say are " ITW Nexus" and in small letters below that are "TSR 100". Any ideas?

have you checked for dates on the plastic side adjusters on the side of the vest?

Yep...I checked. No dates on the side buckles either.
