i won this MPRI ACU softshell jacket at ebay and the seller said it was given to him in Afganistan.
Looks like its a ECWCS ACU GEN III WIND COLD WEATHER JACKET .
Jacket is from the contractor MPRI (Military Professional Resources Incorporated). This military contractor specializes in Command, Control and Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C3ISR), government services, training and simulation, and aircraft modernization and maintenance, and has the broadest base of electronic systems in the industry. L-3 is also a major provider of homeland defense products and services.
They have also done a lot of work with the drug wars in South America, training in Iraq and Afghanistan, etc.
