Hoping someone can provide insight on this patch. Punisher skull to center flanked by HIT Squad. Top has POLICE TRANSITION SQUAD. Really nice quality and detail. Sent back by a buddy in-theatre.

take a pic of the back please.

It may be theatre made but don't think it's Iraqi made, the thread space is far too dense for an iraqi made. At least any that I've seen.

Thanks for your comments. Per your request, a picture of the reverse, partially obscured by the ubiquitous thin white cloth often seen on these theatre made insignia. Ignore the tag as it is my reference code for where the patch came from and how acquired. I can assure you that it is indeed an Iraqi made patch. A member of this forum purchased it there and mailed same (among many others) to me. I also have photos of the patch in the display case at the local seamstress/patch shop. I concur that it is of a higher quality than many others.

Its a squad patch for those of us marines that helped train iraqi police. My team trained the highway patrol and our team was ghostrider. It was made in iraq on a military base most likely tq as they had more ability to do custom patches. Not sure which team this one was as after deployment there really wasnt much contact with the other teams. Some squads had police stations another squad helped with the commanders of the entire iraqi police. We did everything from providing uniforms and gear to escorting police and suspected terrorists onto base. And everything in between just about. Anything specific you want to know?
