Post-Invasion Tan Iraqi Body Armor Vest with MOLLE

Really happy to get this one:

    Front

    Back

    Front

    Back

There is Arabic writing in 4 places inside the vest, if anybody could translate this that would be awesome!

Both the soft and hard armor are missing from this vest but it's not a deal breaker.

The ends of the back panel fold in and velcro together like some sort of cummerbund or something? Its been cut on both ends.

Both labels have been removed, all 3 of my Iraqi vest are like that, anybody have a guess as to why?

There are white tags that read "NO BALLISTIC PROTECTION BEYOND THIS POINT" with arrows pointing, they have been placed in 6 places. Hilariously the bottom ones are turned around to the writing is upright but that means the arrows are pointing up. (The vest predicted the loss of the armor before it got to me! Wink )

A neck protector exists, but I don't have one to take pictures of:

(There are literally over 50 images from the School of Infantry but I take it Mercenary25 doesn't want to see all of them Smile )

2008 - the latest I have found it used so far:

2006- the earliest I have found it used so far:

The U.S. military denied British newspaper reports on Sunday that it planned to pull out of Iraq early next year, saying the stories, sourced to senior British defence officials, were "completely false". most photos I have found of it are from 2007.

I've got a bunch more pics but I don't need to post them all.

News reporter in the last few days, I'm unable to find the original video so I don't know the exact date, but it's after the Iraqi military captured the Al Nuri Mosque in Mosul.
