What's the buckle date? Should be in the cavity in the center prong on the male half of the buckle.

Looks like a Blackhawk Omega VI Ultra Universal Tactical Thigh Holster but that has 1 more strap and says "blackhawk" on the buckles , maybe this in earlier model?

edit: there are some without the other strap, just like this one, even with the re-enforcing grid on the body and the lines in the straps, so I think it is a blackhawk omega, just haven't found one with the black straps.

it's not made by blackhawk either. I was both a BHI and EI dealer for almost 20 years and never saw a holster made by either of those companies that matches this holster.

I had always assumed that this particular model of holster was a generic "copy" that were offered through the PX or mail order catalogs like Ranger Joes or US Calvary.

that makes sense, pretty clearly a copy of the black hawk design and similar construction methods
