Wow! That Military Advisors Team is a total throwback to MACV! Cool.

That's what I thought when I saw the group.

    Had to look twice...

Thanks for posting Sal. That patch is really cool and I like the wicked pattern style of this camo, really nice pick up.

    Thanks P,

The Desert Vegetata is a fantastic pattern. These uniforms really do look wicked when patched.

    Talk to you soon...

Another great looking camo top! I do enjoy the pattern and having it fully patched really makes it look great.

Do you collect camo patterns in general or do you have a theme or specialize in one particular pattern? I
always thought having a uniform from each country that sent troops to Iraq or Afghanistan would be a great
display. Anyway always enjoy your posts!

    Thanks again,

Basic focus is Western Europe/ NATO . And naturally, US (Vietnam era to present ).

But of course, there are no rules. I try to grab what grabs my interest.

Collecting coalition countries uniforms would keep one quite busy.
I believe JD has that well covered..

    Thanks again,

The modern coalition uniforms, etc really does catch the eye. For me I think its because there are similarities between nations in style and pattern.

List of coalition members is quite long ; variety of uniforms is quite daunting to a collector who is trying to track down coalition uniforms.

While some of the cuts are similar, most desert patterns are quite different.

Looks as though the trend now is to outfit everyone operational in multicam type uniforms regardless of national affiliation.
