1st Marine Division Marine Grouping - OIF 1 Time period

Just as the title suggests...this is a grouping that belonged to a Marine who took part in the invasion of Iraq in 2003 (OIF 1). Marine has had his name tape and ranch of service tape translated into Arabic and then hand written in pen. This grouping also came with a neck gaiter, a Bianchi pistol belt, a drop-leg holster, a pair of Uvex goggles, a pair of ALTA knee pads in black, and a PASGT helmet with 3-color cover with EGA stenciled on the front.

Woah..I have never seen a shirt with the Arabic markered on before. That has to be a rare duck. That is a VERY VERY VERY cool grouping and shirt

Thanks! This is one of my favorite groupings. Marine items from OIF 1 are hard to come by anyway, but to find a grouping is ever more difficult. By the time 2003 (OIF 1) rolled around, the DCU was being phased out in the Marine Corps. They were going to the MARPAT.

Looks good, it's amazing. It's not particulary beautiful, but realy curious I think ! Love it !
