I don't think so, the grommets look exactly look like the military ones, the paracord matches nay other drawstring on rucksacks I've seen, and even the stitching looks darned military. Although that was my first thought but then when I started looking at it in detail I don't think most dry cleaner/seamtresses could make this. Thanks though!

Just because its camouflaged don't make it military. Give me enough material from an old field jacket and I can make one of these too.

I understand that, I just figured since its made of 1000D and looks like it has military grommets, thread, and paracord it might be a sterile eagle industries or SDS bag that someone might recognize or have seen one before.

I afraid I'm in agreement with DT. It looks like hand warmer. As far I know SDS didn't make it because all of their items have military specification tags. It looks like homemade item. Hell, it could be made for someone in military but we can't tell.

I think it would be safe to say it's a homemade project too, I searched all over the internet and couldn't find anything. Thanks!

I concur on the homemade thing; the Mil-spec stitching requirement is only that it be number 69 nylon or polyester thread; and have a straight stitch length of 3mm. 1000D Cordura material is easily obtained, as are the grommets and paracord.
