Help with ID on Patches and Wing

Does anyone know what the patch and wings are? They did not come together. The ESU has plastic covering the front of the patch.

The center ESU patch is for the Kirkuk Emergency Services Unit (ESU) Brigade of the Iraqi National Police. The unit was formed in 2003 after the US and coalition Operation Iraqi Freedom invasion and is still functional. The ESU performs special enforcement and security functions as well as counter terrorism operations and had been trained/advised by US units from the 1st Cavalry, 3rd Infantry and 25th Infantry Divisions. The Kirkuk ESU are also know as the "Lions."
