    My neighbor gave me this with some molle gear,but theres no marking at all on this ,the buckles are marked ITW nexus think its a 03 date on the buckle also.It this even a military issue or a airsoft thing.

    Insert to a MOLLE Medical Bag.... Folds out / detachable. Holds IV fluids.
