HomeHi, someone has offer me this Canadian Frag vest, current issue, complete with all the inserts. As I know, there is no "surplus" of these vest. I don't want to buy a stolen vest because it would be not good for me, since I am an officer cadet

I totaly agree with Ben. I m really surprised, you can find this body armor. It s forbiden to get, buy or sell. So don't.
