Is Harness pain in butt? You can instead attach this rig directly on ITOV body armor using this buckles which could hook on MOLLE straps.

Got this one from 1st Cav veteran. Although he was issued this, he never worn it. Note the buckles and straps, it was set up to attach directly on the IOTV.

As I explained above that the soldiers have two methods of using TAP: First, use old fashioned harness as shown by Arch above. Second, mount directly on the IOTV which IMO, is more practical. Here are some pictures of TAP attached directly on the IOTV. Much better than terrible straps which is also inluded.
The strap with velcro mounted on the left shoulder using velcro closure flaps on the vest, just "sandwich" it between velro. On right shoulder, just wrap the strap around the vest shoulder then secured by velcro.

That's a nice one and I realy appreciate to see how it's attached to the iotv ! I know nothing in molle pouches, panels,... so it's realy interesting for me ! if possible, please show a picture of the label too
